J is for Juicing

Juicing is the most effective and immediate way to inject grade A nutrition into the body.  A potent elixir that is sure to add a “pep to your step” and a sweet sounding hum in the bowels of the body’s engine.

  1. One of my favorite juices: a whole bunch of carrots, a sprig of parsley, and a couple of cloves of garlic. After juicing, top it off with some cayenne pepper and you’ve got a pick-me-up juice full of immune-boosting goodness. Just drink a lot of water between sips and/or eat something or your stomach will hate you.
